Capital Amount Terms & Conditions
- • A member's capital amount is subject to a 90-day lock period beginning on the capital start date (the date of the first approved deposit).
- • During the 90-day lock period, the member cannot request withdrawal of the capital amount.
- • After completion of 90 days, the member may request withdrawal of the eligible capital amount, subject to the applicable terms, identity verification and the standard withdrawal process.
- • Profit/earnings withdrawal rules are separate from capital withdrawal rules; profit and referral earnings may be requested subject to available balance and verification.
- • The member portal displays the capital start date, lock period, unlock date and current lock status.
- • Returns are never guaranteed. Only actual values recorded by the system/administrator are displayed.
General Terms
- • Deposits are credited only after an administrator verifies the submitted proof of payment.
- • Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and administrator approval.
- • All balances are derived from approved transaction records; no balance is manually overwritten outside the recorded adjustment process.
- • Members must keep their login credentials confidential. Each login is protected by an email one-time code.
- • Sensitive member information is never shown to other members.
